The musical “Charly and the Chocolate Factory” enchanted the public

The world famous Willy Wonka opened the doors of his mysterious factory in the Municipal Theater of Torrevieja.

Young Charlie Bucket, and four other golden ticket winners, had an experience that changed them forever. Guided by the famous factory workers, the Oompa-Loompas, they discovered Wonka’s imaginary world.

A musical based on the incredible story written by Roald Dahl, which was adapted to film in director Mel Stuart’s “A World of Fantasy” in 1971, with songs by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newle and in a second adaptation directed by Tim Burton in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in 2005 starring Johnny Depp.

The audience of the Municipal Theater embarked on the exciting story with all the funny characters of this play.
