The Pascual Flores sailboat hosts for the first time the edition of Cata Maridaje – Sabor, Mar & Cultura, an exclusive gastronomic experience directed by Héctor Gutiérrez and in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Qtal Gourmet. A unique proposal where wine, seafood cuisine and the incomparable setting of the historic sailboat merge at sunset.
Throughout the evening, four selected wines will be tasted – Salicornio (dry Moscatel, Torrevieja), Cota 27 (Alvarinho, Portugal), Go Your Own Way (Cabernet Franc, France) and Zeppelin Label Mülheimer (Riesling, Germany) – each accompanied by a pairing specially designed to enhance their nuances: cuttlefish sangochao, tuna almadravita with parsnip and black garlic, guinea fowl stuffed with red fruits and pine nuts, and a chocolate, caramel and Torrevieja salt trifle.
The event will take place on Friday, November 28 at 7:30 pm, with a price of 70 € per person. To access the sailboat it is essential to wear appropriate footwear.
