The web https://culturatorrevieja.com/, property of UTE TCA TORREVIEJA is used by its clients, Promoters/Organizers of events, to advertise and sell their tickets to people who, like you, are interested in acquiring them.

The purpose for which we treat your data is to collaborate in the management of the purchase of tickets to the event you wish to attend. The collaboration is nothing more than making available through our website the catalog of events advertised on www.culturatorrevieja.com. However, the relationship of the purchase and sale of tickets will always be established between the buyer and the promoter/organizer of the event. Similarly, and only in the case of the payment of the tickets is made through a POS owned by UTE TCA TORREVIEJA we will keep in deposit the money for the purchase of the tickets without delivering it to the promoter or organizer of the event so that, in the event that this finally can not be carried out, we guarantee the return of your money. We will also send you electronic communications to promote and notify you of upcoming events in which you may be interested.

There will be times when we collect your data for events where ticket sales are not yet available. In these cases of “pre-registration” we will only use your data for the sole purpose of notifying you when tickets go on sale for the event you are interested in.

Purpose 2 – Sending commercial communications electronically to promote events
We may send you commercial communications electronically to notify you of new events and/or shows that we are promoting through our website.

Purpose 3 – Sending advertising from third parties
As long as you consent, we may send you advertising from third party companies interested in promoting their goods or services. This advertising will be sent directly by UTE TCA TORREVIEJA without a physical delivery of your data to advertisers. In relation to the provision of our services (purpose 1 indicated in the previous section), we process your data because it is necessary for the execution of the contract, so your opposition to the processing of your data would mean the impossibility of making the promoter / organizer of the event your willingness to purchase tickets, and therefore it would be impossible for us to carry out the provision of the service.

Promotion of events:
In relation to the promotion of events through the sending of electronic communications, we send them to you based on our legitimate interest to keep you informed about our news and upcoming events. In each communication you receive, we will give you the possibility to oppose the processing for promotional purposes.

Third party advertising:
The legitimacy for the use of your data for commercial purposes and to be able to send you advertising from third parties interested in promoting their goods or services is only your consent.

The legal basis for such communications is the execution of the contract. In case you have purchased a package (hotel + car rental + ticket, for example), we will communicate your data to the companies necessary to carry out the provision of the service (hotel, car rental company…).

Third party advertising:
In relation to the communication of your personal data for the purposes of advertising, commercial prospecting or market research, your data will be communicated to advertisers belonging to the sectors of activity indicated below:
