This Website contains a platform for the promotion of shows and distribution of tickets, managed by UTE TCA TORREVIEJA, hereinafter referred to as the CHANNEL, with identification U10897866 and address for notification purposes at Calle Arzobispo Loaces, 3 (Edificio Esatur) – 03003 Alicante.
2. Purchase procedure
To purchase your tickets you must select the event/show you wish to attend, indicate the date and number of tickets you want, and proceed to pay for them by credit/debit card.
We will provide you with a registration form for you to enter the appropriate data and verify if they are correct before completing the purchase. Regarding the treatment of your personal data, we invite you to consult our Privacy Policy.
If there are management and/or distribution costs, their amount will be duly identified and itemized during the purchase process and before making the payment.
Once we confirm that the payment is correct, you will automatically receive an email with which you will be able to download your tickets.
3. Language of the agreement
The language in which the contract between the parties shall be formalized shall be Spanish.
4. Web Site Content

7. Refunds, returns and cancellations policy
Once the ticket has been purchased through this Website, being the event an entertainment service with a specific date of execution, by application of article 103 l) of the L.G.D.C.U, it will not be changed or refunded, except in cases of cancellation, substantial modification or suspension of the show, which have not been motivated by force majeure. In the case of cancellation of the event, the organizer will establish at its discretion a new date for the celebration of the same, in which case this same ticket would be valid. The refund, in case of cancellation, must be requested to the organizer of the show, and it is the obligation of the same to do it as soon as possible, and by the procedure it deems appropriate. Bad weather conditions that do not prevent the celebration of the event do not entitle to a refund of the ticket.
8. Termination of service
Users may unsubscribe from the service at any time. CANAL shall not request justification for granting the effective cancellation, although it reserves the right to consult the reasons for statistical purposes and to improve the service. The user or CANAL may request cancellation at any time using the form available on this Website. To unsubscribe, you must enter the e-mail address with which you registered. CANAL has the right to deregister a user or organizer who does not meet the legal requirements, even without prior notice, provided it has justified reasons. If deemed appropriate, CANAL shall be fully entitled to delete the user’s content, issue a warning and block the user’s access to the services offered through this website.
9. Applicable regulations
The parties acknowledge that these General Conditions of Use of the Website (Legal Notice) are governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law, by express application of the provisions of Article 1.262 of the Civil Code, in relation to the provisions of Chapter IV of the Preliminary Title of the same legal body.

CANAL only provides the services of promotion of shows and distribution of tickets, in no way assume the obligations and responsibilities that fall to the organizer of the show. Likewise, CANAL does not participate in any organizational aspect of the shows offered for sale. Likewise, the contents, services and products that appear in the advertising and promotional activities of our website correspond solely and exclusively to the organizers. Changes that occur after the start date of the sale of tickets such as changes of dates, venue, artists, cancellations, etc. are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the organizer of the show. In the event of any change, CANAL undertakes to publish it on its website as soon as it becomes aware of it in order to keep users properly informed.
