This gastronomic experience at the International Auditorium will be the perfect prelude to the show Dos Tontos y Yo -with Florentino Fernández, José Mota and Santiago Segura- for what will be a night of good food, humor and company.
Next Saturday, September 28, 2024, an exclusive gastronomic experience will take place: “La Previa Gourmet”, an event designed for lovers of good humor and haute cuisine. Organized by Qtal Gourmet, this special evening will be the perfect prelude to the show “Dos Tontos y Yo”, a humorous monologue with Florentino Fernández, José Mota and Santiago Segura, which promises to make the evening an unforgettable memory.
“La Previa Gourmet” will be a cocktail dinner at a high table, with food and wine pairing. Starting at 7:30 p.m., attendees will have prior access to the Auditorium and will be able to enjoy exclusively food prepared with seasonal ingredients, in an experience that combines haute cuisine with an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
Among the delicacies that will be served, diners can enjoy a selection of artisan cheeses accompanied by jams and fresh fruit, a ham cutter who will offer Iberian ham from the Sierra de Codex, and mini Spanish omelet sandwiches with fried peppers. In addition, the menu will include assorted croquettes, vegetable and anchovy coca de asadillo, ajo blanco with cherry and mojama and more.
There will also be a careful selection of beverages including the craft beer on tap “Boquerón”, the white wine “Habla de ti” (V.T. Extremadura), the red wine “Hito” (D.O. Ribera del Duero), and the sparkling wine “Mistinguett Brut” (D.O. Cava, organic) and water. Diners will have the opportunity to interact, share laughs and prepare for the evening’s big event: the eagerly awaited comedy show by Fernández, Mota and Segura.
