Organized by Qtal Gourmet, another “Sabor & Cultura” event returns to Torrevieja—an experience that blends cuisine, wine, and live music in a carefully curated format designed to be enjoyed with all the senses.
The event will take place on May 14, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at the Torrevieja Municipal Theater, and will feature a wine-pairing dinner showcasing wines from Bodegas Chozas Carrascal, led by Manel Guasp Martínez and Stephan from Exclusivas Becker Pina, who will guide guests through a high-end wine and dining experience.
To round out the event, the Melody Academy of Music and Art will add an artistic touch with live music, creating an elegant and immersive atmosphere that will complete the experience.

- Las Dosces Blanco (60% Macabeo, 40% Sauvignon Blanc)
Pairing: Sea bass tiradito with green apple, lime, and fennel oil

- Anma Red (Syrah and Garnacha)
Pairing: Duck in its own juices, black cherries, and truffle
- Las Ocho “8” Red (Bobal, Monastrell, Garnacha Tinta, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot)
Pairing: Beef cheeks glazed with “Las 8” wine, creamy celeriac, and reduced sauce
- Roxane Brut Rosé (Garnacha and Pinot Noir)
Pairing: Textures of red berries, hints of strawberries, and raspberry sorbet
