The Torrevieja Symphony Orchestra’s First Chamber Music Series opens with one of the absolute pinnacles of the history of world music: Johann Sebastian Bach’s monumental Goldberg Variations. On this occasion, the brilliant Baroque composition—originally conceived for harpsichord—takes on a new dimension of warmth, balance, and polyphonic dialogue through the famous transcription for string trio.
The Chamber Music Hall stage will host a trio of world-class soloists: Nikolay Grabovskyi (violin), Paloma Valero Campello (viola), and Alberto Gómez Martínez (cello).
