The auditorium of the Municipal Theater, home of the 8th National Short Film Festival “Torrevieja Audiovisual” returned, this past Friday and Saturday, despite the rain, to fill their seats to attend the screening of the 11 short films participating in this new edition.
The selected short films, which were viewed during the two days of the festival, dazzled a devoted audience and left no one indifferent. One more year “Torrevieja Audiovisual” is presented as one of the national cinematographic references, for the high level and quality of the works presented.
“1996″ by director Sergio Milán, in the animation category and “Actos por partes” by director Ramón Mascaros stood out among all those presented, for their brilliance, storyline and creativity, winning the awards of this 8th edition. Trophies were presented by the councilman of culture, Antonio Quesada and the mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolon.
