The city of Torrevieja lived last night a historic summer closure with the concert of Camilo in Antonio Soria Park, a performance that closed the fifth edition of Brilla Torrevieja. The festival, which has filled the city with music, humor, gastronomy and experiences for weeks, was consolidated as one of the great cultural events of the Mediterranean.

Before thousands of attendees, the Colombian performed some of his greatest hits– “Tutu”, “Ropa Cara”, “Kesi” and “Millones” –in a show full of emotion, romanticism and closeness. Camilo chose Torrevieja as the only stop on his tour in Alicante and Murcia, confirming the relevance of the festival in the national and international scene.
In Torrevieja Culture we were invited to this event, sharing the pride of seeing how the city is projected to the world with first class proposals. For those who live the culture in first person, such festivals reinforce the image of Torrevieja as a cultural and musical destination of reference, in tune with the own programming that we promote in the municipality throughout the year.
Camilo, grateful for the warmth of the audience, promised to return soon. A closing that makes it clear that culture, whether through local initiatives or large guest festivals, continues to shine brightly in Torrevieja.
