Flamenco y Sal
On Saturday September 13 at 20:00 hours, the Torrevieja Auditorium Gardens will again become a unique setting next to the Salinas to host a new edition of Flamenco y Sal, the successful format of flamenco events that kicks off its second season in our city. The public will enjoy the careful staging, a wine or cava tasting at sunset and a journey through the art of flamenco by the hand of Anabel Castillo, one of the most outstanding voices of the current scene.
Awarded in competitions such as Lo Ferro or the Memorial Cante Jondo de Granada, Anabel Castillo has shared the stage with figures such as Antonio Canales or Javier Latorre and has taken her singing to international stages in countries such as Colombia, Ecuador or Costa Rica. Her brilliant voice, full of nuances, promises an evening of authentic emotion and flamenco passion.
In addition to her artistic career, Anabel Castillo develops a solid pedagogical work as a flamenco teacher at the Conservatory of Cordoba, after more than a decade at the Conservatory of Almeria. This double facet translates into a deep knowledge that is reflected in each performance, bringing light, elegance and depth to the stage.
The space will have a beverage bar service and an area with products from the specialized store Qtalgourmet. Flamenco y Sal is not only a show, but a sensory experience that invites you to connect with the cultural essence of Spain in a privileged natural environment.

Immature
On Sunday, September 14 at 7:00 pm, the Municipal Theater of Torrevieja will host Immature, a comedy starring Carlos Sobera and Lara Dibildos, accompanied by a talented group of artists. The piece confronts two lifelong friends, Alfi and Fideo, facing the entanglements of love, technology and life after 50. Between laughter and unexpected situations, both will discover that the true strength of friendship and the feminine have marked their lives more than they imagined.
Alfi is a separated publicist, with a son he barely sees, who takes refuge in the company of his virtual assistant Alexa. Fideo, on the other hand, is a traditional and conservative psychiatrist, married for more than 25 years to his first girlfriend. After their separation, he turns to Alfi for comfort and the two begin a crazy plan that will bring them face to face with four real women and a virtual one, each with a different vision of life and love.
Immature is a funny and current play that goes beyond light comedy: it questions the audience about the new ways of relating to each other and about what it means to mature after 50. With a solid cast and an agile text, it combines humor, reflection and emotion to offer a close and endearing theatrical experience, where laughter coexists with tenderness.

Tickets for both shows are available at the Municipal Theater box office and on the web at www.culturatorrevieja.com.
