During the 22, 23 and 24 September, was held in Torrevieja the 34th Choral Meeting of the City of Torrevieja. During these days, the organizer of the event, the Coral Francisco Vallejos, 7 groups took the stage of the Municipal Theater of Torrevieja.
On Thursday, September 22, the organizing choir, the Francisco Vallejos Choir, together with the Maestro Casanovas Choir, kicked off this meeting in the inaugural gala after two years without being able to enjoy this meeting due to COVID-19.
The second day that we enjoyed on Friday 23 was opened by the Municipal Choir School of Torrevieja and after it gave way to two of the guest choirs, the Cor de Cambra Ad Libitum de Quart de Poblet and the Chamber Choir CAMtoras of Madrid.
Finally, on Saturday 24 closed this 34th International Choral Meeting City of Torrevieja the other two guest choirs Alterum Cor de Valladolid and Camerata Lacunensis University of La Laguna. As a final point in this Closing Gala, all participating choirs took the stage to delight the audience with a common song “Prayer of San Francis”, directed by Belén Puente, director of the Francisco Vallejos Choir.
