A cocktail with a show
The appointment will be on Friday, August 16 at 20:30 hours, where there will be a magical evening at sunset in the Gardens of the International Auditorium of Torrevieja. “Flamenco & Sal” invites you to a journey through time and Spanish culture, where every guitar note, every heel strike and every skirt twirl tells a story of passion and joy through the different flamenco palos with dancing, singing and live music.
It will be an outdoor event, with a careful staging in which to enjoy a show that promises to excite and delight. “Flamenco & Sal” will not only be a show, but an immersion in Spanish culture through the soul of flamenco and the power of its flavors.
There will be four artists on stage. Leading the cast is the renowned singer Iván Segura Ruíz, artistically known as ‘Chaskio’, winner of the national contest of song and dance of the mines of the city of Peñarroya (Córdoba), where he won the Mining Lamp and the Flamenco Festival of Lo Ferro, in the form of flamenco songs, among many other awards such as the First Prize Federation of Peñas de Málaga. Iván Chaskio has nine albums, the most recent under the title ‘Mi verdad’, published this year.
The line-up is completed by Noe Fernández on guitar, ‘Franlo’ on percussion and the dancer Sara ‘La Romera’, who will make a journey through the different flamenco palos creating a unique experience.

Mamma mia, under the candlelight
On Saturday August 17 at 19:30 pm will be presented the second Candlelight this summer. This concert, wrapped in the warm light of hundreds of candles, returns to pay tribute to the legendary Swedish group ABBA, bringing their iconic hits to the Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja.
The Salzillo Quartet will be in charge of performing ABBA’s greatest hits, such as Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Mamma Mia, Fernando and many more; adding a classic and elegant touch to the famous pop melodies.
In addition to the concert, attendees will be able to enjoy a beverage bar service for one hour before the start of the show. This additional offer allows the audience to relax and socialize in the charming atmosphere of the Municipal Theater, preparing for the main performance that will begin at 7:30 pm.
