Harry Potter and his fans came to the International Auditorium thanks to UMT.

The Torrevejense Musical Union Band, put the sign “no tickets” in the International Auditorium, reliving the adventures of Harry, Ron and Hermione through the music of the eight films of the saga, one of the most successful in the history of cinema that captivates children and adults for over twenty years. They are films that, like J.K. Rowling’s books, seem not to age and continue to captivate audiences of all generations.
Torrevejense Musical Union, under the direction of Carlos Ramon Perez, and with a scenario that adapted its theme and lighting to each of the soundtracks, played the symphonic suites of each of the films in chronological order, offering a unique experience that delighted all attendees among which were the deputy mayor of Torrevieja, Rosario Martínez Chazarra, the Councillor for Culture, Antonio Quesada, along with the councilors of the Municipal Corporation, Federico Alarcón, Ricardo Recuero, Antonio Vidal, Barbara Soler, José Antonio Bonilla, David Villanueva, Carol Ponce and Margarita de Francisco. Also present were the deputy manager of Agamed, Gemma Cruz and the president of the UMT, Lucre Paredes.   With this concert, the UMT demonstrated the quality and versatility of its resident band. Composers of the stature of  John Williams, Patrick Doyle, Nicholas Hooper and Alexandre Desplat scored the eight films of the most famous wizard in history, in which Harry and his friends fight against the dreaded Voldemort.
