It has done so with four international groups, from South America, who have been the first to interpret &#8220;Sal de mi vida&#8221;, by V\u00edctor Daniel Lozada who won the composition prize &#8220;Manuel Parada&#8221; in 2018 and that this year is the work of obligatory interpretation by all the groups that dispute the winners of the Certamen, along with two habaneras and two free polyphonies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The start of the competition has also brought the beginning of the activity of the five members of the jury in charge of judging this edition. Well-known personalities of the national and international music scene under the presidency of Nuria Fern\u00e1ndez and with Julia Foruria, Filippa Phalares and Robert Sell\u00e9s as members. David Colado acts as secretary.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first group to take the stage of the Municipal Theater was the madrigal ensemble of the Universidad de Playa Ancha de Valpara\u00edso (Chile), followed by the Ensamble Oikos from Montevideo (Uruguay), the Adelis Freitez polyphonic choir from the State of Lara (Venezuela) and the Pichincha choir from Quito (Ecuador).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this evening has appeared before the media the presenter of the Contest, Elena Sanchez. The TVE journalist has stressed how happy she is happy to be back in Torrevieja and has returned to praise the international projection of the Contest. He has been delighted with the spectacularity of the Municipal Theatre, although he confessed that he misses the magic of the emblematic site of the Eras de la Sal, historical-monumental complex in which they have already undertaken the mandatory archaeological work for the large comprehensive rehabilitation project, making it impossible for the time being the celebration of the contest there.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>THIS THURSDAY, SECOND COMPETITION EVENING<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomorrow, Thursday, the competition continues with four new groups of international origin: the mixed choir Kaunas Kamertonas from Lithuania; the Ensamble Vocal Macondo from Medell\u00edn (Colombia); the Coro Concordia from Warsaw (Poland) and the chamber choir from Copiap\u00f3 (Chile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>HABANERA AFTERNOONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This July 26 have continued the &#8220;Afternoons of Habaneras&#8221; at the confluence of the commercial streets Concepci\u00f3n with Fot\u00f3grafos Darblade, as a parallel activity to the Contest.
