{"id":4760,"date":"2023-07-15T17:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-15T15:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/culturatorrevieja.com\/latin-night-feel-its-essence-its-rhythm-and-its-melody\/"},"modified":"2023-07-15T17:20:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-15T15:20:00","slug":"latin-night-feel-its-essence-its-rhythm-and-its-melody","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culturatorrevieja.com\/en\/latin-night-feel-its-essence-its-rhythm-and-its-melody\/","title":{"rendered":"LATIN NIGHT: FEEL ITS ESSENCE, ITS RHYTHM AND ITS MELODY."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the Municipal Theater we had a summer concert performed by the Torrevejense Musical Union entitled &#8220;Latin Night&#8221; conducted by Carlos Ramon Perez, conductor of the youth symphonic band and winner of the &#8220;7th European Conductors Competition&#8221;. In this concert we felt the love and passion of each composer of different nationalities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evening began with the American composer Clifton Williams with his Symphonic Dance Number 3 &#8220;Fiesta&#8221;, this dance is inspired by a remote village in Mexico, a party starts and out of nowhere a tolero enters and the bullfighting sounds. Then they played the &#8220;Arrullo Suite&#8221;, written by Colombian composer Victoriano Valencia, a work composed of 3 movements that recounts his childhood memories. The third piece of the evening we listened to the American composer Alfred Reed with his work &#8220;Caribbean Dance&#8221; which transported the audience to the beaches of the Caribbean.
